Program Details
This Salesforce admin course will help you develop the skills necessary to complete the required 22 Salesforce Trailhead modules — preparing you for the Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Salesforce Associate Certification (optional): Develop a foundational understanding of reporting, user administration, sharing, customization, and data management.
While the certification is not required to pass the course, learners are encouraged to pursue it to validate their knowledge.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (optional): After completing the required Salesforce Trailhead modules, you can continue preparing for the Administrator Certification during the 4-week exam prep period — further practicing the features and functionality used to maintain a Salesforce implementation.
Program Time Commitment
Expect to spend six to eight hours each week engaging with on-demand content created by industry experts — including hands-on activities and assignments. Additionally, mentor-led, live/online sessions are available for engaging in real-time with peers, experts, and mentors. These optional, two-hour group sessions are offered weekly and are highly recommended to get the most out of your learning experience.
In addition, learners will have access to an optional 4-week long Salesforce Administration Certification preparation program that includes live sessions with subject matter experts, hands-on activities, practice tests, study guides, and more.
Salesforce Admin Program Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites for this certificate course or the Salesforce Administrator Certification exam. Professional experience with the basic concepts and functions of Salesforce, such as navigation, data management, security, and using Sales Cloud would provide an advantage in taking the course exam.
