Built for today’s fast-paced and evolving workplaces, the program equips supervisors with practical tools, ethical frameworks, and advanced communication strategies to motivate employees, navigate challenges, and deliver measurable results. Organized into three stackable microcredentials, the program blends applied theory with simulations, real-world scenarios, and action planning to ensure immediate workplace impact.
