The Division of Educational Outreach is pleased to announce that James Fowlkes has been hired as the new Director of Program Development for Continuing Education. James holds a bachelor of science in mathematics and a master's of science in leadership in higher education. James most recently served as Director of Curriculum and Professional Development at Virginia Commonwealth University Online and Continuing Education, where he oversaw the expansion and improvement of curriculum and faculty development.
